Somer Salameh, JD
Co-Founder + Principal Attorney
Somer Salameh is a licensed attorney in the State of Alabama. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, she attended South Texas College of Law, where she found her passion for helping individuals and families navigate the complex immigration system.
As an insurance risk stratetigst and Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS ®), Somer has advised on a broad range of commercial contract matters including corproate sponsorship agreements, operations and development agreements, commercial leases, and insurance compliance. Working cross-functionally with outside counsel, contract administrators, and corporate leadership, Somer supports strategic growth initiatives and organizational expansion through real estate acquisitions, technological advancements, and brand partnerships in accordance with core business values.
Drew Neumann, JD
Co-Founder + Principal Attorney
Drew Neumann is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas. Prior to attending law school, Drew graduated from Texas A&M University with his bachelor's degree. He went on to graduate cum laude from South Texas College of Law Houston, where his academic achievements were consistently recognized through his inclusion on the Dean's Honor List and his active participation in both the South Texas Law Review and the Construction Law Journal.
As a member of the Texas State Bar, Drew is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. Beyond his legal credentials, Drew also holds a General Lines Insurance Agent license in Texas and has earned the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation from The Institutes Knowledge Group. This unique combination of legal, insurance, and risk management expertise provides his clients with a comprehensive and insightful approach to contract-related matters.
Drew brings valuable experience working with a diverse range of clients, from dynamic start-up companies to established Fortune 500 corporations. His goal when reviewing contracts is to facilitate efficient deal completion while diligently safeguarding his clients' interests. He believes in a collaborative approach, working closely with clients to effectively manage contractual risk and achieve their desired outcomes.
